1. "Do parents have to provide meals for our children?"
- NO, We provide Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, and PM Snack. We do not provide any formula for infants due to dietary restrictions some infants may have. We do provide different milks (soy, lactaid, and goats milk) incase of allergies, although a doctors note is needed .
2. "Do we need to bring school supplies or sleep mats?"
- NO, We provide all supplies, and cots for children to sleep on. No need to bring a blanket, we have freshly laundered sheets, and blankets the children get daily and cots are sanitized after every use.
3. "Do you Accept Tribal Subsidy?"
- YES! We currently accept Caddo Nation, Muskogee Creek Nation, and Absentee Shawnee Nation Tribal Subsidy. We are open to additional tribal subsidy. Please contact us for additional information.
5. "Do you accept DHS Subsidy?"
- YES! We do accept DHS Subsidy.

- We do communicate with parents we must receive an approval letter or an approval on the DHS tapes for your child is eligible to stay under DHS subsidy.
- We have a strict NO SWIPE, NO STAY policy. If your children are not swiped in during drop off before our cutoff time of 9am, they cannot stay and must be picked up immediately.
- We do accept the DHS ECC Connect app for swipes, however after 2 times of having any issues with families being able to swipe in or out via the swipe we will require a physical DHS card will need to be used with the Point of Service (POS) Machine only.
6. "Do you Accept Military Subsidy via Child Care Aware?"
- YES! We do. We must received the approval certificate via Childcare Aware before your child can attend, unless paying private pay until approved.
7. "Do you take children that are not vaccinated?"
- NO, All children must be fully vaccinated to attend. Copies of current shot records will be needed to stay enrolled. We realize at times Pediatricians have vaccinations run out, and children have to be seen later to receive them. Possible special arrangements may be made by the Director in that case when children are places on a "catch up schedule".
8. "If my child is sick or gets sick easily will they still have to go outside twice per day?"
- YES! if your child is too sick to go outside the required amount of times per the Oklahoma Department of Human Services they are not well enough to attend the center on those days. Page 12 in the parent handbook has additional details. It is a requirement for ALL children to go outside twice daily (weather permitting). Please be advised extreme temperatures DO NOT change this policy. If you child get's sick easily or needs special care for ill children please let us know, we would love to get you some additional information on center & schools for sick children.
